Kim and I met and began dating in 2001. Within a few months, we became engaged to be married and planned our wedding for August 2002. Because she was already having problems and expected things to become worse, Kim one day started discussing her former relationship and two-year engagement to Charles R Schwab of brokerage fame. She feared him and told me he was obsessed about having her back. He was constantly harassing and stalking her--his detectives were always following her. She discussed their financial dealings and Schwab's having involving her in his management of Micron Corporation's attempt to purchase Hynix from South Korean bankers, which eventually failed. Kim told me about Schwab's probing into my personal life and financial status. Also about his constant denigration of my character. I was usually just "the idiot." But later "the idiot without a pot to piss in, who was only after her money." Most damaging to our relationship was Schwab's ongoing claims that I was always on the Internet chasing other women behind her back, which were complete lies. His constant lying about my chasing other women would eventually destroy Kim's and my relationship. Ironically, Kim could not initially confront me with these accusations because Schwab was supposedly learning about these things by stealing my emails and providing Kim with reports (she documented this in emails). Prior to her accepting a job with Schwab's good friend, Keith Johnson of Fieldstone Homes, Kim confessed to me in person and via email that Schwab had been hacking my computer and forwarding her my emails for many months. When I later asked her for copies (see FBI request under Justice) she told me she had deleted them all.
By the time Schwab had blackmailed her into canceling our wedding plans and later bribing her into leaving me in August of 2002 (see Kim page), she was openly confessing that he had been hacking into my computers, stealing my emails, and sharing them with her for many months. She documented all this in her emails, which are in safe keeping. I have discussed all of this in my letters to President Bush, members of his cabinet, and leaders in the US Congress. I provided Bush and others excerpts from Kim's emails in which she discusses Schwab's crimes. However, the Bush administration decided early on to protect one of America's billionaire idols and a major contributor to the Republican party and his campaigns. After Schwab had Kim totally brainwashed into believing I was an evil person, in August 2002 she left me and moved to San Diego where she became a partner with Keith Johnson of Fieldstone Homes in a real estate development project.
In August of 2002, I filed charges with the US Government against
Charles R Schwab for his many months of illegal activities against my fiancée
and me. These activities included insider trading, blackmail, harassment,
stalking, computer hacking, email theft, and spying. My first contact with
FBI Agent, John Ferreira of the Eugene, Oregon office resulted in an incredibly
lame excuse as to why he could not pursue the case. Though Agent Paul Mueller
of the Portland, Oregon FBI office was initially interested, he quickly backed
off and offered a different lame excuse as to why he could not investigate
my case. It would be another year before I learned that the Bush administration
and the US Government were engaged in a conspiracy with the Charles Schwab
Corporation to protect its founder from the US system of justice.
I proceeded to write to Bush's FBI director and SEC chairman, requesting their assistance. When I did not receive a response, I wrote to US Attorney General John Ashcroft. When he failed to respond, I wrote to President George W Bush and copied US congressional leaders and key members in both houses of Congress. There was no immediate response from anyone and I was faced with the shocking reality that I had been abandoned by all levels of government. I had no protection from one of America's richest men who could break our laws with impunity.
Several months after writing to President Bush, I received a letter from The White House advising me that he was referring my case to the US Department of Justice for investigation. At the time, John Ashcroft was his US Attorney General. Despite my efforts, no one from the DOJ has ever contacted me in person. Instead, over the years I have received a number of letters in which the US Government has attempted to derail the case or otherwise shift the responsibility. Considering the seriousness of these matters and the level of these people in our federal government, their tactics were un-Constitutional, deceitful, and unprofessional. They allowed themselves to become involved in Bush and Schwab's conspiracy. Just as the Bush Administration did from the beginning, they operated under the assumption that all Americans were stupid and had no rights. The US Constitution was meaningless.
Things changed and became much more serious for the US Government and me when in August of 2003 the US Government and Charles Schwab Corporation conspired to frame me for attempting to kill Schwab. Had Karl Rove and the FBI been successful, I would no doubt still be behind bars trying to prove my innocence--just like so many other Bush-Cheney enemies. I can't help but wonder how many other innocent men around the world have been destroyed by the US Government. Shall we begin with Saddam Hussein, his sons, and hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi citizens who had done nothing to deserve the wrath of the US Government? I cannot get of the image out of my mind--innocent young US soldiers being used to kick down the doors of family homes and, if a weapon is found, hauling the man off to prison. What was his crime? Trying to protect his home and family against the two madmen in the US White House? Is it possible that the leaders of most world governments joined in this madness, simply so they would not be left out as the last few barrels of oil were distributed.
Though it has been over eight years since I first filed complaints against Charles R Schwab, the US Government has never discussed the case with me in person or on the phone. Neither have they requested information or provided the status of the case. On the occasions when I have contacted the FBI by phone and enquired about my case, agents have told me that they have no record of the case and are not aware of it, which of course is quite ridiculous. By the end of his second term, the Bush administration and leaders of congress were perched atop a mountain of lies and illegal activities all over the world that would eventually bring down the whole system. Prior to his election, I had copied Senator Barack Obama on some of my letters to the US Government about this case. After he was elected, I wrote to him and his Attorney General, Eric Holder, and requested assistance in bringing Bush & Schwab to justice. Once more I copied US Congressional leaders and as usual, my letters were ignored. However, I recently received a reply from the White House dated July 8, 2009 in which I was asked if my issues had been satisfactorily resolved. An interesting question inasmuch as no one had ever talked to me and no action had been taken against George W Bush or Charles R Schwab. The spokesman for President Obama advised that if I still had issues, I could get in touch with President Obama again, either through Obama’s Internet online form or by writing to President Obama again. I proceeded to try both methods, but have not yet received a response.
The US Constitution guarantees equal protection under the law. However,
all levels of government, from local, state, and federal law enforcement
officials have refused to touch this case. Instead, Eugene's police chief
and Lane County's district attorney committed felonies when they joined the
government’s conspiracy by lying about their interaction with me, which I
will discuss in the section on Justice..
Congressman Peter DeFazio has been my representative in congress for many years. I have copied him on most letters to Bush and Congressional leaders. I have written to him directly and through his online email system to keep him up to date on this case. I have requested meetings with him so we might discuss these matters. However, other than a few acknowledgments and a suggestion that I seek legal council, my requests have been ignored. Likewise with letters and emails to House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, et al. Pelosi's office was the only one to attempt to block my emails. All levels of government have proven to me that US citizens have no protection from the billionaires who own and control our government. Senator Byrd discusses all this in his book, "Losing America." It's a small book that is right on target and should be required reading for all members of the US Government.
This web site was first published in January of 2008 in order to
present a consistent story to law enforcement and government officials at
all levels. Also, to tell my story to my fellow Americans and people all
over the world. I first announced its publication to only leaders of the
US Government. However, it was a definite success, for within the first
few weeks the site was hit some seven thousand times
by government and corporate offices from around the world. Universities,
banks, teachers' credit unions, publishing companies, and investment firms
soon joined in. Despite the high level of interest, people in these powerful
positions have chosen to join the world's media and remain silent spectators.
What's going to happen...
In true Bush-Cheney form, after I filed charges against one of their highest political contributors, they turned the tables on me and I became the political enemy and Karl Rove had his work cut out for him. As with so many other dilemmas created by the Bush - Cheney White House, the Obama Administration must decide how to handle this situation. My web sites and computers continue to be targets of government & perhaps Schwab hackers. Numerous Trojan horses continue to be planted on my computers to spy on me and to gain access to files. Some files have been destroyed, including email folders where evidence was being stored. Why do I assume the US Government is responsible for these activities? When I report this hacking to the FBI, they claim to be unaware of the case and refuse to take action. When I wrote and reported these activities to Bush and his three Attorney Generals, they did not respond. When I reported these activities to President Obama and his Attorney General, they did not respond. I am an enemy of the US Government.
Though most of my discussion about this conspiracy is focused upon President George W Bush and Mr Charles R Schwab, many other government and corporate leaders were involved in protecting, originally Charles R Schwab, and then President George W. Bush, his cabinet members, his advisor, Karl Rove, and his Vice President, Dick Cheney. Congressional leaders were all involved. And many more in the US Government were aware and stood by.
Charles Schwab Corporation:
In April of 2004, I wrote to Mr Pottruck, then CEO
of Charles Schwab, and each member of the board of directors advising them
of Schwab's illegal activities. No one acknowledged my letters or responded.
However, shortly thereafter, Pottruck stepped down and Schwab came out of retirement
to resume as CEO of Charles Schwab Corporation..
Charles Schwab Corporate attorneys
The Charles Schwab Corporation responded to my complaints against Schwab by having their corporate attorneys write and call me a liar. They attempted to bully me with threats of a defamation law suit. I wrote and argued my case with the first attorney, Ms Linda Drucker, in 2003. However, she did not acknowledge my letter or respond. I received a second letter in 2004 from Mr Richard Karoly, again calling me a liar, threatening me with a defamation lawsuit, and implying that I was mentally ill. It is my opinion that both of these Charles Schwab corporate attorneys committed felonies when they joined this grand conspiracy.
NYSE:
In April and May of 2004, I wrote to the board of directors of the New York Stock Exchange and complained about Schwab's illegal activities. Schwab subsequently sold his three seats on the NYSE and moved his business to NASDAQ. No one from the NYSE acknowledged or responded to my letters.
NASDAQ:
In November of 2005 I wrote to the head of NASDAQ, Ms Elizabeth Owens, and advised her of Schwab's illegal activities. I copied her on my letters to the US Government leaders and to Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales. Ms Owens did not acknowledge or respond to my letter.
Media:
As discussed under "Silent Media," I presented my story to the editors of many major newspapers, magazines, and TV shows. In most cases, I included CD's containing my letters to President Bush et al. Except for photojournalist, Tim King, no one acknowledged or responded to my letters. I also shared my story with news outlets in foreign countries. No one responded.
Conclusion: I think it should be clear that the Bush administration's power went far beyond that granted to Presidents by the US Constitution.
Message to hackers: This web site is duplicated on computers
in other countries by associates who are committed to keeping the story alive.
Many people, including the FBI and a couple attorney friends have warned me of the dangers of my undertaking. So be it. Each man must live by his decisions and with his conscience.
In an ideal world, each man has a responsibility to himself, his loved ones, his society, and his country. Too many Americans have been blinded and have abandoned these ideals.
