As we look at the following allegations, we should keep in mind that Charles R Schwab and the US Government, working with unlimited resources and teams of special agents and attorneys, have had over eight years to obliterate the evidence and hire liars to support them, as they have created a history more to their liking. While they have had unlimited resources, I have worked with my own money and with the help of unpaid associates who have dedicated their time and energy to this cause. Help from attorneys? Not a chance unless I could put up a few million dollar dollars in retainer fees to get them started. I have not received any assistance from any level of government, which is understandable inasmuch as they have all made the choice to join the US Government - Schwab conspiracy. Nor have I received any help from the UN Human Rights unit, which has probably buckled due to pressure from the US Government. Due to fear of the Charles Schwab Corporation's wealth and knowing they would also become involved in fighting the US Government, I have been unable to hire an attorney to represent me in a civil rights suit against the US Government or Charles R Schwab. The famous ACLU has twice refused to touch it, I am told, due to lack of funds. Trying to sue Schwab the man is laughable.
The situation I have described exists throughout our country and has shaped the US Government and its laws. As Senator Robert Byrd tells us in his book, "Losing America," wealthy men and corporations now own and control the US Government. Billionaires like Schwab love it because they can spend their lives breaking our laws with impunity.
Had Kim stuck with me in the beginning when the FBI first approached her, as she promised she would, Schwab and Bush would now be behind bars where they belong. However, her admiration for men of wealth and power caused her to betray me. This experience has taught me that, despite what crimes they might commit against one another, wealthy people stick together. I am sure that there was nothing Schwab could have done to her or me that would cause her to testify against him. These are just the rules. Those who have shared similar experiences know that our history books are full of myths and lies created by the men of wealth.
President Obama has talked about fixing our judicial system and I hope he is successful.

- Another method has been to use AOL to gain access to my computers
- One occasion resulted in thirteen Trojan horses being planted on one computer
- Have ignored my numerous letters and this web site that outline my allegations against Schwab & Bush
- Joined Bush and Schwab in obstructing justice and abusing my civil rights
- House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and other congressional leaders have never responded to my letters
- On her web site, Nancy Pelosi even blocked my email address so I could not communicate with her via email
- I do not consider the few form letter acknowledgements as responses
- Congressman Peter DeFazio has refused to discuss or meet with me regarding these matters
* Conspired with the US Government to obstruct justice
* Conspired with the US Government in attempting to frame me of attempting to murder him
* Eight months of denigrating my character & bullying
* Eight months of stalking, computer hacking, email theft, spying
* Insider trading regarding Kim's involvement in Micron attempt to take over Hynix
- How many other friends and relatives did he have onboard?

* Joined Schwab's insider trading by involving Kim in Micron Corporation's attempt to acquire Hynix
