Bush's effort to protect one of his billionaire supporters exemplifies his and the US Government's dedication to lawless billionaires, while ignoring its primary duty of upholding the laws of our country. The only thing important to George W Bush and his administration was the financial success of his and Dick Cheney's wealthy friends. I think they have proved that the welfare of the rest of us Americans is of little concern. The Bush Administration and leaders of the US Congress have buckled to the demands of the capitalists and have eliminated any regulations that might keep their billionaire friends under control. And just as they have done with Charles R Schwab, when laws have been broken, they have not only turned their backs, but when necessary, have worked hard to protect them, sometimes dealing harshly with anyone who might complain. The Bush Administration's lawlessness is clearly the cause of our world's financial collapse.
Since August of 2002, the Bush Administration and the US Congress have ignored my complaints against Charles R Schwab and have prohibited the FBI from investigating my allegations against him. Instead of pursuing my complaints against Schwab, they have instead conspired with him to protect him from our system of justice. Though they were probably unaware of the conspiracy between the US government and Schwab, Kim Haines (now Kim Doheney) and Keith Johnson joined in this conspiracy. At someone's direction, Kim joined Schwab in lying to the FBI about her relationship with him and about me. Though he might have done so unknowingly, Johnson participated when he lied to Kim by accusing me of trying to kill Schwab. The US and local governments have lied to me and bullied me; they have denigrated my character and have obstructed justice and denied my civil rights. Other than my initial phone and email contact with the Portland FBI office, the only time someone from the US Government has talked with me directly was when Charles Schwab supposedly accused me of trying to kill him, which I now know was an attempt by the Bush Administration to frame me for attempted murder and get me off the streets. Terrorist style.
Since my earliest dealings with the Portland FBI office in August of 2002, no one has ever discussed my allegations with me in person or on the phone. Nor have they ever requested specific evidence to support my allegations. In their letters (see DOJ letters) they let me know it was my job to figure out what they needed to proceed. However, it is quite obvious that nothing I might produce would cause them to act. They had orders from the White House and were not going to budge. Though I had known Kim for over a year, no one in the US Government has ever offered to speak with me in person about our relationship or what I might have learned from Kim--especially important inasmuch as she and Schwab claimed they didn't know one another.
Though Schwab's and Kim's claims that they did not know one another could easily be disproved by their families, friends, and all the documents I provided, the US Government chose to ignore this information and has not talked with these potential witnesses. Though members of the US Congress are aware that Schwab has broken the law and that the Bush Administration has conspired to protect him, which is an impeachable offense that could lead to time in prison, they have ignored the problems and have refused to take action.
As Kim wisely advised when I first told her I was going to file charges against Charles Schwab, "Don't waste your time; Charles is too rich and powerful and no one can touch him." She had been engaged to him for two years and obviously knew him and our system well.
In assessing my following attempts to bring Schwab to justice, it is important to know that, according to the FBI, during their initial "investigations," Charles and Kim claimed to not know one another, and Charles claimed he did not know me. Of course, given their well known personal and financial dealings, Charles and Kim would be fools to commit such a felony by claiming they didn't know one another. So I will assume that it was the Bush administration that came up with this defense and that all levels of government were ordered to keep out of it. Regarding later comments by Eugene's police chief and attributed to Lane County's District Attorney, it is obvious that they also were involved in Bush's conspiracy.
Though Agent Mueller initially showed interest in pursuing my allegations against Charles Schwab, he suddenly backed off, telling me I would have to provide him the emails that Schwab had stolen from me. What a farce. A year later I learned that, despite all the evidence I had provided him, the FBI accepted Schwab's and Kim's claims that they did not know one another. This strategy could only have been initiated by the Bush Administration. It smells of Karl Rove.
In August of 2002, I sent individual letters to the leaders of the FBI and SEC. I also filed charges against Schwab on their web sites used for this purpose. I provided many documents to support my allegations. In a letter from Attorney General Alberto Gonzales' office a few years later, I was told that the SEC had advised me that I had not provided sufficient evidence. This is interesting, for no one from the SEC ever contacted me or asked for any evidence. Also, though I was also told by the Department of Justice that my case was being referred back to the Portland FBI office, when I called them on May 30, 2008 to enquire about it, an agent told me they were unaware of the case. Though I suggested he take a look at my web site, he obviously was not interested.
In the same letter from the Attorney General's office mentioned above, I was told that the Lane County DA had advised me that I had also not provided sufficient evidence. In another letter from Eugene's police chief, I was told the same thing. This is all very interesting, for no one from the Lane County DA's office or Eugene's police department ever contacted me or discussed this matter with me. They were obviously being rehearsed by someone from the White House. What is so unbelievable, and the reason democracy cannot work, is the willingness of people to ignore basic decency and lie against their fellow man.
In her letter to me, Drucker makes the claim that Schwab does not know Kim or me. She says all my allegations against Schwab are false. She mentions my letters to President Bush and others in the US Government and demands that I immediately cease from making further statements about Schwab. She threatens that if I fail to cease my false statements, the Charles Schwab Corporation will bring a lawsuit against me.
This letter was written one year after I first filed complaints against Schwab. Linda Drucker was obviously aware of the severity of my allegations. This letter was timed only a couple weeks from the bomb hoax, that was supposedly based upon a letter I had written to Schwab about my relationship with Kim and in which I requested that he discontinue harassing her. The Bush - Schwab conspiracy was well under way.
Meaning: Linda Drucker's letter was not a serious attempt to present an honest legal argument, but instead it was a blatant attempt to bully me into silence. So, in effect, Linda Drucker joined in the conspiracy to protect Schwab.
I wrote and told Linda Drucker to go ahead and sue me, for nothing would please me more than to face Charles Schwab in court.
The San Francisco Chronicle published the following article about fake bombs supposedly discovered at Charles Schwab's retirement mansion in Pebble Beach and at the Charles Schwab office in Carmel.

Federal officials said Tuesday that they have decided to take an active role in investigating the case of two phony bombs placed in front of Charles Schwab's office and home in Monterey County this week.
Although no explosives were found in the briefcases, which were placed in front of a professional building where the discount brokerage firm has offices in Carmel and near Schwab's Pebble Beach home, the FBI and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms are helping the Monterey County Sheriff's Department determine who may have been involved. So far, they say, they have no suspects.
The Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Department's bomb squad was called to Carmel and Pebble Beach early Monday morning, after briefcases with protruding wires were discovered in both locations. Monterey County does not have its own bomb squad.
Deputy Kim Allyn, a spokesman for the Santa Cruz sheriff, said the satchels appeared to have circuit boards and small propane canisters. But after blowing up the devices, experts determined that the briefcases lacked a detonator or any equipment "that would make it go boom," Allyn said.
LaRae Quy, spokeswoman for the FBI's Northern California office, said agents are treating the hoax as a scare tactic or a threat.
"Because of the nature of Charles Schwab and his business, the suspects could be nationwide or worldwide," she said.
Marti McKee, a spokeswoman for the ATF's San Francisco office, said her agency is currently analyzing the bits and pieces of the briefcases for clues.

Twice Charles Schwab attorneys attempted to bully me and shut me up.
Note: During the eight months Kim and I were together, she introduced me to perhaps six or seven of her closest friends. She also introduced me to her two daughters. These people are all aware of her relationship with Charles R Schwab. So is Micron's CEO, Steve Appleton. And so are dozens of other business associates and friends.

Note: At the time this letter was written, I had previously written Bush, his White House staff, and Attorney General John Ashcroft eleven times. Leaders and many others in congress were copied. I had also written to leaders in congress. Schwab was aware of these communications from the beginning, but once more tried to bully me into silence. The conspiracy between the US Government and Charles Schwab seems pretty obvious. Richard Karoly was not interested in the facts or legalities, but was only interested in bullying me. I started wondering how many everyday good American citizens were subjected to this type bullying by these powerful people in their corporate offices.
At the time Ms Drucker and Mr Karoly attempted to bully me with these letters, they were aware of the Bush - Schwab conspiracy, so in effect joined in that conspiracy, thus attempting to deny my civil rights.

Since August of 2002, I have written numerous letters to leaders in congress. I have copied many others in congress who I thought might be interested. I have included many documents that clearly support my allegations. However, other than a couple acknowledgments and recommendations to seek help from a private attorney, no one has bothered to talk to me. There is a layer of private communication among the members of the US Government and their billionaire sponsors of which the American people are totally unaware.
Sigmund Freud wrote something along the lines, Democracy and Capitalism in America is the greatest experiment of mankind, but I'm afraid it will never work. I will add, Except for the billionaires who make and live in their own worlds and own the souls of the common people who made their wealth possible.
Charles Schwab illegally invaded my private life and interfered with my civil rights. I suspect it was White House pressure that caused him to join George Bush's conspiracy to protect him. However, Schwab's criminal activities pale compared to that of Karl Rove, who I believe was behind the conspiracy, Bush & Cheney, who approved it, and the leaders in the US Congress who went along with it, just as they went along with Bush's illegal war against Iraq, torture, and the general screwing of the American people.
In a twist of irony, if I were Charles Schwab, I would try to improve my legal situation by cooperating with the Judicial Committees and testifying against Bush about his conspiracy to protect me. Of course, this assumes that the US Congress will be brave enough to confront the Bush Administration and investigate my allegations against Schwab and Bush and bring them to justice. As of December 2009, the US Department of Justice and the US Congress had been bullied into inaction by Bush for six years. I join the majority of people around the world who anxiously wait to see if President Obama and the Democratic Congress can restore our system of justice. Of course, US Attorney General Eric Holder, with the support of President Obama is key to the success of this effort.
