In August of 2002, when I first filed charges against Charles R Schwab, I provided the US Government abundant documented evidence that supported my allegations. I proceeded to write to the director of the FBI, chairman of the SEC, Attorney General, and leaders in the US Congress. In some cases, I provided copies of emails from Kim in which she discussed her relationship with Schwab and the fact that he had been hacking my computers and stealing my emails.
Given the documented evidence I had provided the US Government, it seems highly unlikely that Charles R Schwab and the Charles Schwab Corporation would further their difficulties with the claims included in the following letters. I believe these letters were part of the US Government Conspiracy to protect Schwab.
As indicated in my discussion of the false claims of attempted murder, Keith Johnson of Fieldstone Homes, had joined the conspiracy to protect Schwab, so I include an email from him. I received this email from him after writing and requesting that he intervene on Kim's behalf with his friend Charles R Schwab in order to stop his harassment and stalking.
After Kim moved to San Diego to start work with Schwab's good friend, Keith Johnson of Fieldstone Homes, she and I continued to communicate and she kept me updated on Schwab's continued involvement in her life. She discussed their meetings, financial arrangements, and his continuing to have her "shadowed by his detectives." She talked about having hired an attorney with whom she was planning to take action against Schwab if he did not discontinue his harassment and stalking. Besides our phone discussions, she discussed these issues in numerous letters, some of which I provided the FBI and Bush administration leaders very early on. All documents are in safe keeping. After she joined Fieldstone Homes, Kim and I continued to meet one another.
Because Kim continued to complain about Schwab's stalking, on June 17, 2003 I wrote to her partner and boss at Fieldstone Homes, Keith Johnson, who I had never met. I explained Kim's and my one-year relationship and her ongoing complaints about the harassment and stalking she suffered from his good friend, Charles R Schwab. As with Ms Helen Schwab, I asked if he might intervene on Kim's behalf and ask Schwab to leave her alone.

is Johnson's response to my request:

Note: The fact that Mr. Johnson mentions Kim's and Schwab's relationship would indicate that he was unaware that Kim and Schwab had sworn to the FBI in August of 2002 that they did not know one another. Didn't matter, for the whole idea that they didn't know one another was invented by the US government as part of their conspiracy to protect Schwab.
I ignored Johnson's childish put down and attempt to bully me and Kim and I continued to communicate and meet one another.
The following letters clearly demonstrate that the Charles Schwab Corporation had joined the US Government - Charles R Schwab conspiracy to protect the corporation's founder. Any basic homework would preclude Charles Schwab corporate attorneys from making statements included in these letters, so these attorney's also joined the conspiracy.
The first letter from Linda Drucker is dated one year after I filed charges against Charles Schwab with the FBI and SEC. It was also one year since I had written to Attorney General John Ashcroft & President George Bush requesting their help with this case. It had been one year since I reported Schwab's crimes to Agent Paul Mueller of the Portland FBI office, to whom I gave many documents supporting my allegations. The point being that, given all the evidence I had provided, it would be ridiculous for Schwab to make the claims included in this letter--unless he had become part of the Bush administration conspiracy to obstruct justice.
Of special interest: This letter was written only eighteen days before Schwab accused me with the FBI of attempting to kill him. Refer to Murder section.
After receiving the above letter from Ms Drucker, on Feb 15, 2004, I wrote to Charles Schwab CEO, David Pottruck to explain my relationship with Kim and to advise him of Charles R Schwab's illegal activities and interference in our lives. I copied President George W Bush and Charles Schwab corporate attorney, Linda Drucker on this letter.
Because Mr Pottruck chose to ignore my letter, on April 23, 2004, I wrote to all members of the Charles Schwab board of directors reiterating my discussion with their CEO, David Pottruck. They also chose to ignore my letter.
At this point, all leaders in the US Government and the Charles Schwab Corporation were well aware of Charles R Schwab's illegal activities. The US Department of Justice and Charles Schwab's corporate attorneys were also aware. They all chose to ignore my complaints and requests for help.
During my investigation by the FBI in August of 2003, I once more provided proof that Schwab and Kim were lying when they told the FBI early on that they did not know one another.
Given the general awareness and evidence to support my allegations against Schwab, I find it hard to believe that a Charles Schwab Corporate attorney would risk exposure to felony charges by initiating the following letters. I believe that the effort to protect Charles R Schwab was coming directly from President George W Bush's White House team. Perhaps Karl Rove could offer some insight.
