In 2008 a middle-aged couple moved into a large two-story house near the end of our cul-de-sac. Scuttlebutt had it that they moved here from the Middle East. The couple’s presence was soon well known because of their two Doberman Pinchers’ loud barking that I could hear a block away. The couple would soon be seen walking their dogs on long retractable leads down the middle of our street and past my home. It was an intimidating sight as their Doberman Pinchers were out front leading the way as if on patrol. If I happened to be out front when they came by, Ken and Erica would reel in their dogs and stop to talk for a few minutes. It was in this manner that I gradually got to know them.

In coming years Ken and I became casual friends and he invited me out for coffee a few times. We also exchanged an occasional email. Having had many years of experience with undercover agents, plus my natural sense about people, it usually didn’t take long to form an opinion about their character, and I soon became suspicious of Ken. During our first meeting he told me he was working from home as a computer consultant. He said that before moving to Eugene he had been doing work for a Saudi Arabian bank. This was interesting. With companies like IBM and Dell providing computers and services to businesses, why would Saudi bankers hire an independent American consultant like my neighbor? While listening to Ken talk about his experience in Saudi Arabia, I was reminded of An who you might recall from my book who told me her bizarre story about working for the US government in Africa and how she got in trouble because of a banking transaction she made. According to her, the US government put her in prison, tortured her, broke her bones and nearly killed her. She survived, she said, only because she was a medical doctor specially trained in caring for trauma patients.

Ken also told me he had worked as a diver for the US military involved in the hazardous work of locating undetonated bombs from many wars. Trying to imagine Ken as a diver searching for live bombs was just as difficult as imagining him and his wife living in Saudi Arabia and him working on some bank’s computer system. Ken was fairly young so I had to wonder, if he was an IT professional capable of getting work with Saudi Arabian bankers, what was he doing as a computer consultant in a small city like Eugene? I once came across Ken at Joe’s Garage where I observed him in their office area, presumably working on their computers, which was a far cry from a Saudi Arabian bank.

Ken’s stories weren’t making much sense and I was not comfortable with something I sensed about his demeanor. He was too casual and seemed a bit of a phony. Perhaps because of their law enforcement positions and power, undercover agents I have met tended to talk as though they were of superior intelligence, and that common folks like me will believe any bullshit they have to offer. I knew I could be wrong, but from early in our relationship I was suspicious of Ken. He sounded like a storyteller and I knew I had to be careful.

Ken and Erica had been living on my street for a couple years when Ken came walking by one day accompanied by a man he introduced as his wife’s brother who he said was living with them. This man was of a quiet nature and appeared vaguely familiar, reminding me of the man who was present during FBI Agent John Ferreira’s questioning about Schwab’s claims that I had attempted to kill him. That was in 2003 after bombs were supposedly found on Schwab’s properties and Schwab reported to the FBI that I was trying to kill him. In years to come Ken occasionally talked about his brother-in-law, always referring to him as a “do nothing” who liked to leach off the family.

I was working in my front yard one day when Ken’s wife Erica came walking down the street with one of their Doberman Pinschers. She stopped to talk and we had our first opportunity to get to know each another. She initiated our conversation by telling me about her love of books and how much she enjoyed reading. I wouldn’t realize until later that she was working with Ken and this was a deliberate attempt to get me to discuss my story and my book. However it was really my curiosity about her husband Ken that motivated me to tell her I had just spent three years writing and publishing a nonfiction book. Of course, she asked what the book was about and I provided a brief overview of my story. Erica seemed genuinely interested and asked lots of questions, which every author loves. I asked if she would like a copy of my book and she said yes. So I went inside and autographed one that I then presented to her. Later on I received an email from Ken in which he told me Erica had shown him my book and he was eager to read it. A couple months later he wrote to tell me he and Erica had finished my book and he was reading it. He said they both thought I was a good writer and found my story interesting. Neither Ken or Erica have ever enquired about my battle with Schwab and the US government since.

Ken introduces me to undercover partner Ashley

I was heading out for a walk one day when I passed Ken and Erica’s home. Ken was in their garage working while a classy looking slender young woman stood watching. She had blond curly hair and was wearing a dress and high heels—a sharp contrast to Ken who was usually unkempt and wearing ugly baggy pajama bottoms and old T-shirts. She was definitely out of place in our neighborhood. I asked Ken what he was up to and he said he was assembling metal shelving units for his garage. He then turned to the young woman, “Wayne, this is my niece Ashley from Kansas City. She will be staying with us for a while.” Though I wasn’t aware of what people from Kansas City might look like, Ashley looked more like a model or movie star. Ken and Erica now had her brother and his niece living with them in their huge house. Ashley was very bubbly and friendly and asked where I lived. I explained that I was on the same side of the street just four houses away. I bid them good day and continued my walk.

I was home from my walk only a short while when the doorbell rang. When I opened the door I was surprised to find Ashley with her big friendly smile. She was a very charming young woman and her friendliness and flirtatious demeanor might cause less suspicion had I not been old enough to be her grandfather. She said, “Hi Wayne. I was thinking about moving here and wanted to talk to you about this neighborhood.” My suspicions about Ken Willis were confirmed. Since he had been living here for many years and was even on our board of directors, why would she walk down the street to talk with me about her desire to move here?

Resisting the urge to invite her in, I said, “Why don’t you talk with your uncle? He is familiar with this area and could help you find a real estate agent that could show you around.” She was okay with this, and when she saw that I was not going to invite her in she left.

Ashley was back a couple days later, this time asking if I knew the homeowner association president’s name. She said she was trying to contact him. This was puzzling and once again I wondered why she wasn’t asking her uncle Ken about these things? I told her that his being on the homeowners’ board of directors, he would surely know the president. I told Ashley honestly that I didn’t know the new president’s name and suggested she talk with Ken. At this point I was certain Ken and Ashley were undercover agents working for the FBI, Mossad, or Charles Schwab’s secret service company, and was attempting to set me up in a sting operation. I suspected Ashley would continue to lead me on until I made advances that in this modern world could be construed as sexual abuse and I would be locked up in prison for the rest of my life. So far I had survived dozens of their sting operations.

Ashley dropped by again one day and asked if I would give her a ride downtown. It wasn’t clear where she wanted to go. She was a real doll with curly blond hair, pretty dress and high heels. She was warm and friendly and I was tempted to give her a ride, but the potential consequences were too great. Reluctantly, I made an excuse as to why I wouldn’t be able to give her a ride. I felt guilty and thought about the remote possibility she might not be an undercover agent. This was real torture.

Ashley had now provided three opportunities for me to invite her inside my home or accompany her in my car downtown where we would spend time together. I was sure that if I took her up on one of her offers she would continue flirting and teasing until eventually I made advances. She would go along with it until I went too far. Then she would accuse me of sexual abuse. The FBI would arrest me and I would end up in prison. I sent Ken an email in which I played dumb and told him that Ashley was trying to get in touch with the president of our homeowners association and perhaps he could help her.

While working at my desk one day, I glanced out my window and saw Ashley coming to my front door. When I opened the door to greet her she was bubbly and sweet and said, “Wayne, I was wondering if you would give me a ride to the truck stop.” This set me back a little.

I said, “Truck stop? Why do you want to go to the truck stop?”

She said, “I want to hitch a ride home to Kansas City with a trucker so I can see my kids.” This was ridiculous. The nearest truck stop was located on Interstate I-5 about ten miles north of Eugene. I had great difficulty trying to imagine this pretty young woman hooking up with some truck driver and spending several days with him on the road. I was terribly confused. If Ashley was this desperate to go home and see her kids, why weren’t Ken and Erica helping her? I told Ashley I didn’t think it a good idea for her to be hitching a ride with some truck driver, so I wouldn’t drive her to the truck stop.

After thinking about it for a while I walked up the street to talk with Ken. He answered the door and Ashley was eagerly looking over his shoulder with her happy smile. “Hi Wayne. What you doing?” After acknowledging Ashley I asked Ken if he and I could talk in private. He excused himself and stepped outside and shut the door.

At this point I was very suspicious about what was going on. I was sure I knew the answer when I said, “Ashley’s been visiting me quite a bit and I’m wondering what’s going on. Why is she asking me for help while she has you and Erica here to help her?” He told me it would take a while to explain and it would be better if he came to my place to talk. I said that would be okay and he said he would drop by in a few minutes.

Ken showed up in his usual attire of silly looking pajama bottoms and faded T-shirt. He hadn’t shaved for a few days and appeared slovenly, which seemed normal for him. Once we were seated on the back patio he wasted no time telling me about Ashley’s troubled life. Because she was always in trouble with the law, her husband had divorced her and was awarded custody of their two kids. Now she was looking for a way to get back home to see them. I wondered, if she was this desperate to be home to see them, what was she doing here staying with Ken? Pretending to go along with his story, I asked Ken why he didn’t buy her a plane ticket or drive her to the truck stop so she could get back home to see her kids. He explained that her ex-husband didn’t want her near their kids, and authorities were afraid she would kidnap them from school. So they were watching for her and would arrest her as soon as she got off the plane. I thought her crimes must be very serious if law enforcement people were tracking her whereabouts. How would local police know which plane she was on and when it would be landing?

Ken shook his head and said, “You aren’t the only one Ashley is asking for help. She’s been pestering other neighbors for help getting home.” Without commenting, I again wondered why Ken or Erica hadn’t offered to help her. Ken’s description of Ashley’s troubled life and how she was a fugitive of the law was in sharp contrast with my perception of her. Unlike what one might expect of someone with serious problems with the law, Ashley was outgoing, friendly, and happy. Very importantly, during Ken’s long discussion about his niece’s troubled life, he did not show any empathy for her, or interest in helping her.

By the time he finished his long story, my initial suspicions about Ken a few years prior were confirmed. I now knew that he and Ashley were undercover agents attempting to trap me in a sting operation. Their intent was to temp me into becoming overly friendly with Ashley, arrest me for sexual abuse, and have me locked up the rest of my life. I tried hard not to give Ken reason to think I was suspicious of him. During our meeting and in subsequent phone calls and email exchanges I expressed lots of empathy for poor Ashley and the trouble she was in.

A few days later around 4:00 in the afternoon Ashley stopped by my house pulling a small suitcase with wheels. As usual she was all dressed up and wearing high heels that were totally out of place. Her demeanor was more serious than usual as she smiled and said, “Hi Wayne, I just wanted to stop by and let you know I am leaving and to say goodbye.” My immediate reaction was to think she was headed for the nearby bus stop to catch a ride to the Grey Hound depot downtown.

My feelings about Ashley were terribly mixed. Though I felt certain she was participating with Ken in a sting operation and attempting to put me in prison, I was worried about her wellbeing. Especially at this time of day with her dressed like a hooker, how could I just say goodbye and watch her walk away? I asked her, “Where are you going this time of day?

She said, “I’m hitchhiking to the truck stop so I can catch a ride home to see my kids.” This was bizarre. Even if she could find her way across town to I-5, and then ten miles north to the truck stop, she was going to have to find a driver who would take her to Kansas City. She then asked if I could tell her how to get across town to I-5. Ashley had only been in Eugene a few weeks and didn’t know the area. But as crazy as it sounds I went along with her story and I tried to explain how to navigate across town to I-5. The fact she wasn’t paying much attention and wasn’t writing anything down should have been a clue that she was leading meon, but I was in a dilemma. She must have read the concerned look on my face. “You don’t have to worry Wayne. I’m not asking you for a ride.” She put out her hand to shake mine and said, “Goodbye Wayne.” She then turned and started off on her journey, pulling her small suitcase. I was so taken by Ashley that the conflicts in my mind were raging. As I stood watching her walk away I knew I would never see her again.

This was becoming too much for me to handle. Though I was sure Ken and Ashley were attempting to set me up in a sting operation, there was a small chance that I was wrong and she was about to get herself in a lot of trouble. I wondered what the hell was wrong with her uncle Ken? Why wasn’t he giving her a ride to the truck stop? I called Ken and told him about Ashley’s visit. He chuckled, “Don’t listen to her Wayne. She has told others she was hitchhiking to the truck stop, but she always returns. Then he told me again why he refused to give her a ride. Because he said, “As soon as she stepped off the plane in Kansas City she would be arrested.” This was so bizarre; if indeed she was also approaching others why hadn’t someone given her a ride to the truck stop?

It turned out that Ken was right and Ashley had not left the area. The next day while driving near our neighborhood I saw her walking alone in the same direction I was traveling. As I approached her I instinctively wanted to pull over and offer her a ride, but I suspected she was out trolling for me and drove on. A couple days later I was working at my desk when I saw Ashley strolling past my home. She was wearing tight-fitting bright red pants and high heels. Slender, with curly blond hair, she was gorgeous and totally out of place in my neighborhood. Once more I had to resist the urge to step out front and talk with her. Though I was certain this was just another attempt to draw me into her trap, somewhere in the back of my mind I wanted to believe she was for real and might actually be interested in me. Once more I had to remind myself of our age difference, and that she was up to no good. This would be the last time I would see Ashley.

After not seeing or hearing from Ashley for a week, I sent Ken an email and asked how she was doing. He said. “Someone had finally given her a ride to Portland where she had been staying.” This was interesting inasmuch as she had been trying to get a ride to the truck stop and Kansas City. He went on to say, “Erica’s brother is a real softy when it comes to helping people. He drove up to Portland to help her make arrangements for her to fly to Salt Lake City to stay with some Mormons.” If he was such a softy why hadn’t he given her a ride to the truck stop or to Portland? If she was trying to get home to Kansas City to see her kids, why was he flying her to Utah to stay with some Mormons?

This was already sounding like a tall tale when Ken really lost it. He said, “Flying Ashley to Utah wasn’t easy for Erika’s brother him because she never travels anywhere without four hundred pounds of luggage.” Whoa there… Now even if slender little Ashley and two strong men were able to handle four hundred pounds of luggage into an airport, which airline would allow such a load on their plane? And how did Ashley get that load to from Ken’s place to Portland? Ken had become overzealous in his role as a spy and his story telling was becoming absurd. I did not let on that I was aware Ken had been lying to me since introducing me to Ashly, but nothing was making sense.

A couple days later I followed up with Ken and enquired about how Ashley was doing. Without expressing any concern or empathy for her he said, “Wayne, I’ve lost track of her and I’m finished with her. I want nothing more to do with her.” Inasmuch as his brother-in-law was living with him and had just driven to Portland to help Ashley travel to Salt Lake City, I found it hard to believe he was no longer aware of her plight or interested in how she was doing. After all, it was supposedly his niece that was seeking help from him and all his neighbors. It appeared that Ken and his handlers were really messing up.

As with most undercover sting operations I had been involved with, I found myself having to untangle myself from the emotional web, pull myself back into the real world, and remind myself that I was the target of yet another undercover secret service attempt to trap me for the purpose of putting me in prison. The stark reality was that everything Ken had been telling me about Ashley were probably lies. If I was right in suspecting Ashley was also an undercover agent, I sometimes wondered what was going through her mind each time she had an encounter with me. Was her mind also playing back and forth between her personal feelings about me, while knowing she was part of an attempt to put me in prison? Indeed, these are dangerous games.

Ken never mentioned Ashley again and stupid as it sounds I missed Ashley, her charm, and her happy nature.

Two years ago the FBI hired Nancy Russell as a patsy to help spy on me, provide constant negative comments re my books about my case, and facilitate Ken Willis’s & partners harassment.

Following are recent examples of how Ken Willis & his Partners harass me on a daily basis:

They got the code for my garage door opener from patsy Nancy Russell
They removed my toolbox from my garage and placed it by the curb near my mailbox
While I was away (remember they are always tracking me) they stole my son’s bicycle from our garage.
They track my whereabouts and almost always drive by my home whenever I’m leaving or returning home. Despite how many times I give Ken Willis the finger, he always smiles and waves–letting me know he is still stalking me and there’s nothing I can do about it.
Two times they have attempted to attract my male instincts by spraying urine in Nancy Russell’s apartment bathroom–primarily around the toilet. Despite how careless a woman might be, there’s no way Nancy could leave smelly yellow piss dripping from around the toilet seat.
Nancy Russell has fed me desserts that have given me severe diarrhea.

Wayne’s Birthday!

The crew crew an New Day Bakery joined me, at least in spirits, to celebrate my birthday.

I arrived early and met one of the regular FBI agents that had just arrived. It was wet and cold and he was ready a bicycle. I was going to show off, so as we as we approached we commented about the weather, and Asked how how everything was going headquarters. He smile and didn’t know what to say. Think about it imagine how this might hit you.

New Day Bakery: FBI Hangout

As mentioned many times, FBI Agent Ken Willis has been stalking me for for many years. After moving into my neighborhood fifteen years ago, Willis wested no time offering his friendship and pretending to be friends. He let me know about his interest in guns, but do to caution on my part, I avoided his offers to “go shooting” .

Working with a female partner, Nancy Russell, he learned my phone numbers and email addresses. Then he began his non-stop stalking and sting operations. If not for my back injuries, I would have been and easy target for Nancy Russell. Even after I knew she was an FBI Patsy, she was trying to get me in bed.

Like John Ferreira before them, Ken Willis and Nancy Russell did try to hide their entities.

Becoming a US Government Target

When one becomes a Target of the US Government, they are stripped of their Civil Rights. They can no longer depend on protection from any level of government, simple because the perpetrators of crimes against crimes against them are members of the government itself. In my books & on our website I have presented we have presented my story about how the US Government has obstructed justice by, not only blocking investigation into the crimes of stockbroker Charles Schwab, but conspiring . Together they have harassed me, attempted to trap me in sting operations, & fraudulently interfered in my life. The FBI conspires with Jeff Bezos

Though my books were published by Amazon and have been listed on their website, reported sales have been next to zero. We did some research that revealed used book stores all over the country were listing my books on their websites, so how can my sales be zero?

I talked with Amazon about this & was told that book stores often listed books they don’t possess. This seems a bit weird. So, I ordered a used copy of my a from a bookstore back east & received the used book within a few days. My book was available at many stores, so we assumed Amazon’s CEO Jeff Bezos was intent on protecting his buddy Charles by suppressing reported sales of my books. Perhaps if readers were ignoring my books I would just go away.

A couple years ago my latest book’s listing was altered in ways to make sure it would never sell. My author’s name was changed, the listed publisher was changed, & the price was altered & listed for $36! I contacted Amazon publisher Created Space. Could not explain how my information had been changed, but agreed to change it. It is obvious that Amazon was colluding with the FBI simple because the book price had been changed to such a ridiculous amount. The FBI has a habit of always overdoing everything.

What we now believe is that the FBI was able to convince someone at my bank I was under investigating and needed access to my account.

With access to my account, the FBI was able to use my Bill Pay feature to send official-looking checks to my Aeolusblue Publishing account (me), thus making it appear I was receiving royalty payments from Amazon for my book sales.

The suspected perpetrators of this scam are the known FBI agents living together in the large green two-story house at the end of our street. The agent in charge is Ken Willis who is mentioned elsewhere .

The first FBI agent responsible for colliding with my doctors, book consultants and others was Agent John Ferreira, discussed elsewhere.

FBI neighborhood

The FBI has been tracking my whereabouts everywhere in Eugene. I have always I assumed they this by tracking my cell phone. I dida little experimenting based on timing of encounters, andI think there are people monitoring my coming and going. This is most like is the from the man across living across the street who always has his curtains open. Even when his drapes are drawn, there is a gap through which a camera could be never be pointed.

Now how about this. My neighbor lives in a two-story house and there is what appears to be a bedroom in the front facing me. Even at night, there are colored lights on and there are no coverings for the windows. He and his wife have two pre-teen daughters, but I have never seen anyone in the front bedrooms. So maybe his cameras are mounted in the upstairs bedroom.

My neighbor has what appears two or three large computer monitors. At night I can see him with back to working on his computer. At night especially, one would think he would prefer a some privacy. But if I walked across the street I could probably see everything he’s doing.

This evening after dark I opened the garage door and stood out front. Who should drive by but one of neighbor FBI neighbors living at the end of my street.

In the past few years I have had more than my share of health problems. It does not help that the FBI has made local doctors & hospitals are aware I am a Target of the US Government for which FBI agent John Ferreira has their lead man. My neighbor Ken Willis now is in charge of this effort.

FBI agent John Ferreira previously convinced with doctors that I am mentally ill, so receiving proper care at our main hospital and clinics is near impossible.

Recently in the ER and then the hospital for two days complaining of uncontrolled seizures whose onset came after my second stroke. Doctors were obviously not sympathetic because didn’t visit me. or offer to help me. The pharmacist was so upset she filed a case against the hospital for me, and advised I call the number ant talk with them. I had been through this before, and chose not to waste my time. Doctors stick together and are always right, especially when they have the US Government on their side.

Charles Schwab & the US Government would enjoy more that have to drive me insane lock me in solitary confine the rest of my life.

Since my recent stroke, complex thinking & typing is difficult, so I might expand on this story later.

Stroke, carotid artery surgery, and two spinal surgeries

Beside dealing with AIPAC and US government spies everyday, I must work hard to maintain my health. This year I have had two major spine surgeries, a stroke, and vascular surgery. While dealing with my health issues, the US government & Schwab have not let up their efforts to harass & stalk me. In the last few months I have experienced several encounters with FBI patsies. And one patsy I’ve know for a few years continues to try to convince me she’s not an FBI patsy. But her behavior proves over and over that the is working for one of the known secret service agents on my neighborhood.

US Government harassment
Charles Schwab has been stalking and harassing me since Kim broke their engagement in 2001. He was working for President Bush at the time.

In 2003, Bush & Schwab created a disaster when they conspired with Karl Rove to frame me for try to kill Schwab.

Ironically, many years ago I read that Karl Rove was suspected of setting up the two prostitutes that turned him to cops. One for taking off his condom, the other for holding her arms so she couldn’t resist. Do you think it might have been Karl Rove attempted to set several in honey traps?

FBI Harassment

Three couples live in a large two-story house at the end of our cul-de-sac
The game they developed years ago is to track my whereabouts and let me know each time they observe my coming or or going. As I arrive home one of them will drive by my home, sometime waving.

Even if I have been away from home for a couple hours, when I turn onto my street, here might come Ken Willis driving by ane waving. I have to wonder–where has this guy been hanging out tracking me on his GPS so he’ll be able to wave to me. Where does this guy is hanging out while waiting for me to return?

Based on their behavior, they all spend lots of time stalking and harassing me.

In 2003, the author became an what’s known as an “FBI Target”, thus causing him to losing his Civil Rights and equal protection under the law.

As we learn early on in our how, President Bush & Mr. Schwab failed an attempt to frame the author murder for attempting to murder.

Since 2003, only luck has saved the author from numerous attempts to entrap him and put him in prison. The FBI is to free to commit any crime against the author.

FBI Targets are enemies of the US Government and are fair game. They have no protection from any level of government.

FBI agent John Ferreira started hiring under under cover social media patsies intended to harass & entrap the author.

Eugene is a small town, so it’s easy for the FBI to conspire with author’s medical doctors & book consultants.

FBI Targets have no Civil Rights and must eliminated.

Charles Schwab & FBI Vultures invade Buddy’s Diner

After the FBI heard about my stroke, Ken Willis and his fellow agents wasted no time saturating tint little Eugene every available undercover agent. At Buddy’s Diner old Trish suddenly shows up with a couple friends. I met one new guy in the parking lot blew his cover within a few minutes. Where does the does the FBI (Charles Schwab) hire such clowns.

What I’ve never figured out is, just what is it Ken Willis and his partners want. Agents Ferreira and Willis have been playing games with me for near twenty years. I am assuming Mr. Schwab is financing the US Government’s war against the author.

Pure Luck

Sorry to report that have experienced several mild strokes. It is only through diagnosed by pure luck a that a neurologist discovered the blocked the carotid artery that caused the stroke that required surgery. A vascular surgeon opened the artery with a stent.

Who is in control?

For many years my websites have been visited thousands of times from governments, corporations, and universities all over the world. Now and then we receive visitors from the UN & media outlets. So, one would wonder why my story is still not public knowledge. Is it because there is no interest, or because there are powers that have world wide control over governments and the media?

Isn’t it amazing that after all our schooling about America’s Democracy & justice for all, despite all my letters to US Government officials, from president down, no one has even acknowledged I have a problem. I can protest to US presidents and congressional leaders about the US government spies planted in my neighborhood, but they don’t bother to respond.

I am a citizen of the US but have no civil rights. The concepts of freedom and justice are foreign to me. In this supposedly great democracy, I have not representation or protection against billionaire criminals like Charles Schwab. Schwab can break the law and do anything he wants to people, while they are totally helpless to defend themselves.

The greatest problem in the US is that citizens are brainwashed with fake history and fake news, and believe they are luckiest people in the world. While most countries tax the billionaires and provide free healthcare for all citizens, without the insurance corporate vultures, in the US many people complain about paying $500 per month for health insurance. For what? Half the people with MD behind their names are totally worthless.

While Europeans march in protest when they oppose their countries’ actions, Americans are like a bunch of sheep who don’t even know what’s going on. What’s more, they don’t want to know. How many Americans even know that their representatives in government, including their president are only puppets for the billionaires control their lives?

FBI Collusion with Doctors, Book Consultant & Police Department

Over the years FBI agent John Ferreira colluded with two of my doctors who then attempted to convince me I was delusional. Since then I’ve given copies of my books to each of my doctors. More recently they are showing empathy re my source of stress and symptoms it’s causing.

FBI agent John Ferreira colluded with my book consultant Elizabeth Lyon who he convinced my story and book was all based on lies from my insane fiancée Kim Haynes. Elizabeth’s elaborate psychological evaluation of Kim’s personality, without discussing it with Kim or me, is based purely on what John Ferreira told her, which was a ton of lies with the purpose of protecting the evil Mr. Schwab.

FBI agent John Ferreira, who he claimed he worked part-time for the Eugene Police Depart, colluded with them, and I assume convinced them my story was based my neurotic fantasies. Since 2003 when I first reported Schwab’s crimes against me to Agent Ferreira, Eugene police chiefs have refused to discuss my allegations against Schwab, and have responded to my letters with extreme harassment.

Once one becomes a Target of the US government and gets on their list, there is nothing they can do to get off their list. And all levels of government refuse to help them. My story is a perfect example of how the system deals with those who complain about the corrupt darlings who rule America.

Schwab and the US government’s last option is to kill me. Ironically, in 2003 while FBI agent John Ferreira was interrogating me about Mr. Schwab’s false claims I attempted to kill him, when I told Ferreira about my letters to President Bush about Schwab’s crimes against me, he looked at me and said, “Aren’t you afraid of getting yourself killed?”

In hindsight, I know Ferreira and all my friends were correct. But had I not responded to how, Mr. Schwab had harassed and tortured my lovely Kim I would not have been able to go on living anyway. After he forced her to leave me and return to him, I spent day contemplating suicide. I now pay for my mistakes by being harassed and stalked by Israeli and US secret service operations.

I hope someday Roger Stone will be free to make a movie about my awful experience as an American citizen.

Who really rules the US Government?
People who’ve read my book and talk with me about it are bewildered, often asking how it is possible that four US Presidents and leaders in Congress have ignored my complaints and requests they and Mr. Schwab discontinue stalking me and attempting to entrap me and put me in prison.
Just as I don’t believe Bush and Cheney chose to participate in Israel’s attack on 9/11, I do not believe they chose to conspire with Schwab in order to protect him, or begin a campaign to silence me. I do not believe that four presidents have chosen to stalk me and attempt to silence me for the past nineteen years.
My case has proven that US Presidents and leaders in Congress are nothing but puppets for Israel and AIPAC. Automaker Henry Ford warned us about all this in 1920. Don’t attempt to find Ford’s articles on Amazon because Jeff Bezos either removes Ford’s work, or publishes only small portions.
People, including FBI agents, have asked me if I’m not afraid of being killed for complaining about how Schwab and his friends have treated me. I tell them I am not afraid because nineteen years of their harassment, stalking and dozens of attempts to put me in prison has created a world for me that has made me ill, a world I would be happy to escape.

As discussed in my book and on this site, after his fiancée left him and took up with me in late 2001, Charles Schwab started spying on me and hacking my computer. This evolved into blatant harassment in all its forms.
At the time Schwab was engaged in these crimes against me, he was working as President Bush’s Economic Advisor, and was being groomed for the coveted job of US Treasury Secretary. Can you imagine Schwab’s panic when I first reported his criminal activities to president Bush?

When Bush and Cheney colluded with psychopath Charles Schwab in this effort to frame me for attempting to murder Schwab, they made the terrible mistake of involving the US Government (AIPAC & Israel) in falsely accusing an innocent American citizen of attempting to murder America’s foremost stockbroker.

Let’s not forget: while all this was taking place, Schwab was working for Bush as his Economic Advisor.

The Bush administration’s response to my reporting serious crimes by one of America’s favorite stockbrokers gave me tremendous insight into the corruptibility of US leaders and the men of wealth who rule the US government. My purpose here is to discuss Homeland Security’s ongoing surveillance, stalking, harassment, and computer hacking against me. This has been going on since August 2002. I cannot join any Internet social networking program without becoming the object of abuse by your undercover agents. I find it unbelievable that Homeland Security is using so many women patsies. This is not paranoia, for I have proven a number of times that these people are undercover FBI agents whose job it is to do me harm.

It used to be that these HS patsies were used primarily for gaining information about me; my phone number, my email address, my travel plans, etc. More recently, a new level of harassment has been introduced whereby I am caused to waste lots of time and money acting like a fool. In the past few months I have been duped by at least eight “women” from Match.com alone.

My most recent encounter with someone I long suspected of being one of your patsies occurred when I opened a Match email from her that loaded my computer with malware that trashed my computer system. Though my security software notified me of all the Trojan horses and worms that had been installed, my computer became nonfunctional and required total restoration. While your agents used to only plant Trojan horses to spy on me, this was malice intended to harass me.

I have advised President Obama and Attorney General Holder of these illegal Schwab/US Government activities. However, they ignore my pleas for help and have done nothing to interfere with your assault against me. So, I am asking again that you discontinue these illegal activities that are interfering with my life. I have requested many times, if Homeland Security is not responsible for these illegal activities against me, then Mr. Schwab is, for he was engaging in stalking and hacking my computers long before I reported his illegal activities to the US Government.

If you cannot discontinue your stalking and harassment activities, I will start posting the pictures and names of women I suspect of being Secret Service undercover agents on my website.

If the US Government really wants to cut its budget, I suggest you start by eliminating the worthless activities I have discussed above. Though I have not committed any crime, nor have I been charged with a crime, the US Government has spent millions spying on me for many years. Your sole purpose is to protect Mr. Schwab from charges due to his insider trading re Micron and Hynix.

A third Amazon Kindle customer rep contacted me on April 7 and advised that the unauthorized listing for my book had been an error. Really? My book was listed for sale by a different company. The publication date was January 1, 1857. And the price was $38. During investigation of my complaint, this books price was altered back and forth from $38 to $26, which were the prices for “Used Books”.
Despite the obvious conflicts, Amazon listed this fake book by error?
On April 7 the last rep that contacted me said that Amazon was correcting the error and my book would be back on line within 24 hours. I checked this morning and it is still missing. The good news is that the fake listing has also been removed.

Is Jeff Bezos colluding with Charles Schwab to stifle sales?

In response to my complaint about how my book’s price and publication date were being altered against my will, I was contacted by the corporate support team. The first man explained that anyone could buy my book and then list it for sale on Amazon–for any price he wanted. Is this beyond stupid or what. If he was correct, a dozen people could buy my book and list it for whatever price they wanted. What a mess this would create. And why would anyone buy my book and then try to resell it at three times what they paid for it? Perhaps he was mixed up, for it’s true that anyone can sell purchased books as “Used Books”. When I checked the “Used book” prices for my book were all $26 except one, which was $38. This is always curious when my sales report always says I haven’t sold any.

This man also told me that my original listing was still available. Okay, this means there were two listings of the same with differences prices? Am I going nuts? I searched Amazon’s site for my original listing and it was missing. Instead, there was one listing of my book and the price was set three times more than the price I had set and the publisher and publication date were different.

After I responded to Amazon’s support person, I received an email from his supervisor. She advised that she could not fulfill my request that the fake listing be removed because the publication date was different from mine. How ridiculous is this? How about this, the publication date for the book in question was January 1, 1857! This means that anyone who buys my book can create their own publication date which makes it impossible for Amazon to remove?

Well, Mr. Bezos, if all your corporate problem solvers are correct in what they are telling me, we agree with your decision to step down from your CEO position.

This was the same run around I got the last time someone tampered with my Amazon (Kindle) account. This could be coming from the FBI and NSA agents living on my street. Because of the complexity and Amazon’s security system, the tampering is probably coming from within Amazon–someone with power.

Jeff Bezos is obviously colluding with Charles Schwab & AIPAC (the US Government) in hopes they’ll harass me until they make me wish I had never written a book.

I advised Mr. Bezos’ customer support manager that our book’s next revision will be published by Ingram with whom we are already talking. But who knows what power Charles Schwab and AIPAC have over other book publishers.

Amazon or its hackers continue to suppress the world-wide sales report of the author’s books.
Amazon also discourages sales by altering the book price set by the author. In 2019 “The Stockbroker’s Lady” paperback price was altered and listed for $38, which eliminated all potential buyers. It required a letter to Jeff Bezos plus several more letters and a few more months working with his corporate problem solvers before I received an email letting me know the system problem had been fixed. Temporarily it seems.
We noticed today that Amazon hackers are at it again, this time altering “The Stockbroker’s Lady”, price of $26, which is still far above the price set by the author. Sales of course have been zero.
We suspect this hacking is the work of Charles Schwab’s secret service company and/or the US government.
The author’s Amazon account has been hacked since the day he published his first book. Sales reports indicate few readers in the world are interested in his book, and the author’s price has been altered to assure no one buys it.
We feel that Amazon’s Jeff Bezos might be allowing Schwab and US Government to harass and discourage the author by altering his book price and minimizing his sales reports.
In the past seven years the author has addressed these issues in letters to Jeff Bezos and the US Government. However, as with the US Government’s ongoing stalking and attempts to silence the author, his pleas for help are ignored. Ask President Biden who has been copied on numerous letters re this case, starting when he was a senator.

Of course, your greatest crime against me was when you attempted to entrap me in the Costco Sting operation that I discuss below. The greatest mistake of my life occurred at the end of 2001 when I met and started dating Kim Haines. Because she did not want to scare me off, she refrained from telling me about her former relationship with you, and your shady financial arrangements. Kim and I were mad about each other, and though we had reservations due to her former relationship with you, we decided to pursue a relationship. But oh, we had no idea to what depths you would go to make our lives miserable.

It soon became obvious that for reasons I did not yet understand that you were not in a financial/legal position (insider trading) to allow Kim her freedom & her relationship with me had to be stopped. Your secret service company embarked on a stalking and computer hacking campaign that finally forced me to switch from Bill Gates’ Windows-based PC’s to Apple’s OS based Mac’s. Note that I spent my life with IBM so this was not an easy change.

At your direction, your secret service company’s harassment, stalking, computer hacking, and sharing my email with Kim became so intense that I started writing letters & seeking help. I have stacks of letters to & from every level of law enforcement. However, I learned early on that my efforts to seek help against oligarchs like you were worthless.

After all else failed, I finally wrote to president Bush and his cabinet members, one being his FBI Director John Mueller. What caught me by surprise was that hatchet man Karl Rove was Bush’ chief of staff and you were his chief economic advisor. I knew despite how Bush might respond I could never win against Karl Rove and you with your secret service company.

It wasn’t long before I was subjected to your & the US Government’s first attempt to entrap me and put me in prison, a scheme (the bomb hoax) I’m certain was designed by Karl Rove. After all, this was his type of business. As you know it was only fate that prevented my being arrested and still sitting in solitary confinement. My story is published in my book and on this blog.

Then began your dozens of sting and entrapment operations for the purpose of putting me in prison. As you know, this effort that began in 2003 continues unabated today. My stories have all been published so I won’t repeat them here.

The concern I bring to your attention is the continued use of your secret service and US Government agents to stalk me, attempt to get me off the streets, and silence me. I have written to you several times about Ken Willis, his wife, and at least one more agent living with them on my street. Ken Willis is a computer tech and is using spy software from NSA called “NSA Mobile Phone Snoop”to track my whereabouts. He also hacks my computers my cell phones, and monitors my Internet activity. My IBM associates and I can prove everything I’m telling you, but you already know it’s true.

A few years ago Ken Willis and a cute young female agent attempted to set me up in a sting operation. The game plan was for the female agent to become friends with the me and then play along to the point where I would become interested. She would go along until we became more intimate. Then if things “went too far” she would would claim I abused her. Just look at what the US Government is doing to wonderful Julian Assange because Karl Rove’s two Swedish patsies set him up and accused him of rape. This was another great success for the despicable Karl Rove.

In any case, Ken Willis and his partners’ efforts to trap me were so amateurish I was on to them in no time. I have been exposed to many undercover agents’ evil ways, so it only takes me a few minutes to catch on to them.

Your latest recruit working with Ken Willis and your other secret service agents is eighty-five year old Nancy Russell. I’m afraid she and Ken Willis have wasted a couple years. For many months I have told her I suspected she was working as a patsy for your undercover agents. Still unsure about her role, I stayed with her because she claimed she was madly in love with me and assured me she was straight. Continuing to see her was a big mistake because she has been providing Ken Willis and others my private information: phone numbers, Internet addresses, etc. More recently suspicious activities have occurred that make us even more certain she has been working with Ken Willis in a sting operation. Indeed, how can it be a sting operation if the target (me) is fully aware of what’s going on.

Mr. Schwab you and the US government have been harassing and stalking me for almost nineteen years. You have attempted to frame me for trying to kill you. You have attempted to entrap me by getting me to discuss hiring assassins to kill you and President Obama. Your agents continue to monitor my Internet and phone activities. NSA Mobile Snoop is being used to track my every move. If I’m carrying my iPhone or wearing my Apple Watch, Ken Willis and his partners know every time I go pee. We might say that to be using NSA Mobile Snoop Ken Willis is probably a higher level spy than the FBI. We suspect that he and the spy planted next door to me are from Israel and working for Mossad.

In any case, your efforts to get rid of me have not yet worked, so I’m wondering if you might consider removing your secret service people from my life and allow me to live my remaining years in peace.

You will note Mr. Schwab that none of the important people I copy on this letter will lift a finger to try to understand what you have put me through all these years, or try to help me deal with your illegal spies in my neighborhood. As I’m sure you are well aware, the US government is owned and controlled by AIPAC & Israel and naïve Americans like me are at your mercy.

As you know, America’s system of justice is anything but equal. Here in Eugene, if a half-dead homeless man steals a candy bar from a convenient store, three or four police cars will go screaming out West 11th seventy miles an hour causing one to think someone just got murdered. But as I learned many years ago, an innocent person like me can report you and your secret service agents’, in collusion with the US Government commits crimes against me, not one law enforcement official at any level will respond. .

My neighbor Ken Willis and his several associates spend every day monitoring my phones and email. They take turns driving past my home and stalking me. If I’m away from home, I can expect them to pop up out of nowhere and follow me.

What I know from experience is that right now while I write this letter they are coming up with another strategy on how they might trap me in a sting operation. Or figure out how they can falsely accuse me of some serious crime, something I said or did…whether true or not.

Eugene has a unique city government in that the police chief reports to the city manager instead of the Mayor. Wow! The amount of computer hacking activities and planting of spyware on my computers has been phenomenal since I published my website earlier this year (https://www.aeolusblue.net). I have had a hell of a time keeping ahead of your hackers who are spying on me 24/7. However, with enough help we have kept the computers running.

What I am wondering is if dating services like match.com (http://www.match.com) are aware that your spies are using their services to set up fake profiles as nice looking women in order to entice men into exchanging emails so that they can gain access to their computers. This really has to be the lowest of blows.

How about your spies who set up accounts with ISP’s like AOL and use these accounts to send emails containing viruses to unsuspecting innocent people like me? Are the managers of AOL and other ISP’s aware of how the US government is abusing their services? Must be they are aware, for even though I have reported the ongoing attacks from an AOL email address, AOL has obviously allowed it to continue. Except perhaps if the hackers have only made it appear to be an AOL address. Is all this effort really worth it?

As you know, I have been complaining about Schwab’s and the US government’s computer hacking since August of 2002. However, here we are six years later and these activities are heavier than ever. The cost of thousands of contractors hired to hack computers and monitor our phone lines across the US must be substantial. Is it not ironic that the leaders of this once great country spend so much time, energy, and money on surveillance of innocent American citizens?

As our financial system collapses into a ruble heap, I hope you and leaders in Congress are learning that protecting corrupt billionaires from our laws and system of justice is not wise. Piles of books and magazine articles have warned for years that we would someday pay for the lack of regulation and oversight that might prevent the corrupt ways of the wealthiest people in our country. However, you have protected these people by turning your back on the problem, just as you have done with Schwab’s illegal activities against me.

Since I first reported Charles R Schwab’s illegal activities in 2002, your administration has engaged in an ongoing conspiracy to protect him. You have also engaged in ongoing surveillance activities against me that include heavy computer hacking. No doubt you have included telephone wiretapping. For six years, I have lived with the knowledge that your administration is always spying on me. Not paranoia; I have proof.

Since publishing my website early this year, your hacking activities have been intense and my computers have been repeatedly hacked and bugged. I have reported these illegal activities and abuse of my civil rights to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Attorney General Mukasy, Senator Leahy, Congressman Peter DeFazio, and the FBI, among others. However, following the plan you initiated many years ago, not one person has responded. Though the FBI has been involved with this case from the beginning, they responded to my recent calls as if they were not even aware of the case. When I told them about the computer hacking that was taking place, they remained silent. Shall I assume then that one must be from Alaska and running for Republican Vice President before the FBI will respond in force and go after the computer hackers?

Many thousands of people from government, bank, and corporate offices all over the world have already visited my website. The story is well known, so I see no reason for you to continue wasting money and everyone’s efforts spying on me.

I am again requesting that you and others in the US Government call off your spies and allow me to live in peace. Instead of treating me like the criminal, why not stop protecting Charles R Schwab. Bringing him to justice might send an important message to other billionaires who have become so used to breaking our laws with impunity. The US government needs to start working for the American people.

Dear Mr. President,

I believe that I have discovered what we commonly know as a dual system of justice in our country. While we fill our jails with those who commit petty crimes, many of the rich and powerful commit crimes with impunity. While a man recently got twenty years in prison for growing some pot in his barn, our DOJ refuses to even talk with me or investigate the many months of stalking, hacking, and insider trading by the likes of Charles Schwab.

Though you referred my complaints against Charles Schwab to the DOJ many months ago, indicating that I would get a prompt response, it was not until many months later, when I wrote to Diseree Thompson inquiring about the status, that Bruce Delaplaine of the DOJ whipped out a quick letter dismissing the case. In his brief response, Delaplaine reduced my serious allegations against Schwab to a single issue, that of Schwab’s stalking of Varian Haines. He concluded that no further action would be taken unless I could prove my allegations. The proof I have provided is in way of dozens of emails from Varian Haines in which she implicates Schwab in ongoing hacking and mail theft activities. Of course, Delaplaine knows that if the burden of proving Schwab’s illegal activities is left up to me, the case is dead and Schwab will not be investigated.

I certainly am naive to think the results of the DOJ involvement would be any different. Varian Haines, who’s family started Varian and Micron Corporations, and who spent time working in Washington, and who was once engaged to be married to Charles Schwab, advised that because of his power, no one at any level of our government would investigate his many months of stalking and computer hacking that we endured. She advised that we would just have to put up with it and that if I tried to stop him, he could very well have his people come after me—meaning kill me. Despite all my efforts to bring this man to justice, it appears I must accept her wisdom. Even talking with our local law enforcement people about Haines’ comments about the potential threat to my life resulted only in their telling me to prove it. Indeed, does it take a dead body to gain their interest?

Anyone who has read my letters knows very well that my allegations refer, not only to one of his stalking Haines, but include his months of hacking into my computer, stealing my mail, making financial threats against Haines in order to break us up, etc. While living together, Haines shared many of Schwab’s financial dealings and questionable activities relative to her portfolio, including what appear blatant insider trading activities. When he discovered that Haines and I were to be married, through threats of financial loss, he forced her to sign a contract that she would not marry me. Schwab later bribed Haines, letting her know that if she would leave me and move to San Diego and work for his good friend and neighbor, Keith Johnson, of Fieldstone Homes, he would release $7 million dollars to her—a powerful bribe. Indeed, she said goodbye and moved to San Diego.

After filing complaints with the SEC and FBI, and writing letters to you and Attorney General John Ashcroft, Schwab met with Haines twice in San Diego at which time he offered financial restitution for what he had put her through. His interests were selfish, for now that he had forced her to break up our relationship, he again asked her to marry him and retire with him to his property in Pebble Beach, CA.

In his recent letter, Deplaine curtly advises that I must provide evidence. This is interesting, for despite the amount of evidence I have provided, I have received little or no response. No one has even bothered to call me to discuss these allegations. For example: I provided Paul Mueller and Attorney General John Ashcroft dozens of Haines’ emails in which she discusses Schwab’s hacking my computer and stealing my email. I received no response. When Portland FBI agent Paul Mueller expressed interest in talking with Haines, I provided her phone numbers, but she says he has never called her. After a computer company technician advised me that it appeared my computer had been bugged, I offered Mueller the technician’s phone number and my hard drive for the FBI to analyze. However, he showed no interest and never called the technician or asked for the hard drives.

When I initially discussed my concerns with our district attorney’s office, no attempt was made to understand my allegations, but instead I was referred to our local police or FBI. When I talked with the Eugene police, they did not appear to have the resources to handle such a case and referred me to the FBI. When I talked with the Eugene FBI office, they bluntly told me that the FBI has rules they must follow and will not investigate cases in which the victim has not lost at least $100,000. Stalking, hacking, bribes, insider trading were of no interest, for I had not lost any money. I then talked with Portland’s FBI agent, Paul Mueller, whose responses I covered previously. My conclusion is that with little effort to investigate or understand the facts of the case, or discussing the case with me so I could present my side of the story, Deplaine chose to quickly dismiss my allegations and close the case.

Mr. President, something is terribly wrong with our system of justice. If someone of Charles Schwab’s wealth and power can engage in these illegal activities month after month with impunity, while our DOJ simply turns its back, then we can assume that our other corporate leaders also function without concern for the laws of the common people. Perhaps this is why our business world and economy are on the verge of collapse. I am urging you to have my allegations against Charles Schwab fully investigated. May God be with you in these most difficult times.

I have previously written to US Senator Patrick Leahy, chairperson of the Justice Committee. I am also copying US Senators Bill Frist and Tom Daschel. By doing so, I am urging our US government to address the corruption among our corporate leaders. I am also urging them to address this dual system of justice that prevails. It sickens me to know that people growing a little pot or stealing a pair of jeans goes to prison, while people like Charles Schwab allegedly perform illegal activities with impunity.

Dear Ms Thompson,

Something I would like President Bush and the DOJ to be aware of is that during the time I was dating and living with Schwab’s former fiancé, Ms Varian Haines, I had reason to believe he was heavily involved with insider trading activities.

For one thing, my opinion is that while orchestrating the Micron Corporation’s buyout of Hynix Corporation, he loaned a large amount of money to Ms Haines so she could purchase controlling stock in Micron, thus giving them the leverage to pull off the deal. He was planning to marry Ms Haines so would soon have control of the largest producer of chips in the world.

During the time we lived together, Ms Haines told me several times that her broker (Charles Schwab) advised buying Micron because it would soar when the Micron – Hynix deal was complete. Because of the controlling shares she had purchased with a loan from Schwab, while living with me, Ms Haines flew with Schwab on his corporate jet to attend meetings with the two companies. I have emails that she sent from his plane in which she agonizes over how he is treating her because she was living with me. He is a very sore loser. Though it did not involve much money for me, based on her advising me of his recommendation, I did in fact buy some Micron, only to watch the value to disappear when the deal between Micron and Hynix fell through. The shares dropped to something like 1/3 their previous value.

Without knowing all the facts, and based upon sketchy information, it is my opinion that Schwab’s insider trading activities cost Ms Haines perhaps $200 million and myself several thousand dollars. A couple of months ago, Ms Haines told me she was taking legal action against Schwab because of how he had ruined her financially. More recently, she has told me that he was trying to offer her financial restitution, of which I now assume they have made some type deal – which involved her leaving me and going back with him. I heard many discussions about what it was worth for her to leave me, and saw her going through this anguish, so have a good idea what I’m talking about. Again, Ms Haines does not share all the details and I must draw my own conclusions. But I did live with Ms Haines long enough to hear her many complaints about Schwab’s ongoing manipulation of her finances. So I feel certain that something very questionable was going on relative to her portfolio and the Micron/Hynix deal.

Prior to writing to President Bush, I did file a complaint with the SEC, so I am copying Ms April Keyes who was handling the case. The SEC does not provide feedback, so I have no idea what actions, if any, they have begun.

I would like the President to know that I am aware that my life could be at risk for reporting Charles Schwab’s illegal activities. Not only did Ms Haines warn me that if I tried to stop Schwab that he could have his people come after me, I have heard of cases where people have been found shot dead just days before planned meetings with FBI agents. So again I am asking for protection. Ms Haines was engaged to Schwab for about two years and if she says that he can have people take care of me (kill me) I think she probably knows what she is talking about.

Dear Mr. President,

For the past six months, I have dated and become engaged to Ms. Varian Haines, a widow lady and fairly successful business woman with ties to Micron and other corporations. Our time together this past six months has included a great deal of anxiety and stress due to the ongoing harassment and stalking activities by Mr. Charles Schwab, the renowned CEO of Charles Schwab Corporation.

Since we started dating and living together some six month ago, Ms. Haines has provided me ongoing information about Mr. Schwab’s harassment and stalking activities. These have included being shadowed by his detectives, checking into my finances and personal life, and hacking into my computer. By getting into my computer, Mr. Schwab has had access to my email and other information, which he has passed on to Ms. Haines in his efforts to discredit and embarrass me. This included forwarding to her some of my emails that he thought would incriminate me. Ms. Haines has advised me of his ongoing hacking activities both verbally and in writing.

These illegal activities are due in part to Ms. Haines’ choosing to break her engagement with Mr. Schwab. According to her, his ego was crushed and he could not stand the idea she could go with someone of such low means as myself. She told me many times that due to his wealth and power, Mr. Schwab is use to getting what he wants and will not give up until he is satisfied—and that meant causing her to leave me. The Haines and Schwab families are quite close and they have many mutual friends in very high positions and I’m sure it has been difficult for him to accept the fact she has chosen to live with and planned to marry a common man such as myself.

On several occasions, when I have suggested to Ms. Haines that we take some action to stop these activities, she has advised me that Mr. Schwab is a very powerful man and that if I did anything to try to interfere with his activities, he would have his people come after me. She said he was brilliant and surrounded by powerful lawyers and that any attempts to control his behavior would be worthless and only result in his ruining us financially.

After recently learning from Ms. Haines that Mr. Schwab was hacking into my computer and forwarding my email to her in an effort to discredit me, I finally had enough. So I called the FBI to file a complaint. They only scoffed and advised me that I would have to prove what I was saying by providing the forwarded emails. They also said if I had not lost any money—over $100,000, that they wouldn’t pursue it anyway. I called the SEC and was advised that I could file a complaint, but it would be difficult unless I could prove Mr. Schwab’s activities. I talked with our Lane County District Attorney’s Office who also said they would not investigate unless I proved these allegations. I have talked with three lawyers that handle stalking cases and was told they would not take this as a contingency case because Mr. Schwab had the resources to keep the case bogged down in court in order to cause them great financial loss.

Through my experiences with Mr. Schwab, I have learned that the general public and investors have little or no recourse against the powerful people in our country who are supposed to be our leaders. These people can break the law with impunity.

Some of Ms. Haines’ family and high level business friends are aware of what has been going on and have tried to intervene by discussing the problem with Mr. Schwab. After these discussions, the harassment seemed to suddenly subside and he agreed to resolve their financial agreements. However, his hacking into my computer continued until I threatened to report it to the FBI.

Though I do not know the details, much of Mr. Schwab’s controls over Ms. Haines has been due to some dubious financial arrangements involving his company, which are probably worthy of investigation by the SEC. She often lamented about this and said he had complete control of her financial future and could apply great pressure and ruin her at any time. She said there was nothing she could do, for it was all “legal.” For example, though we had planned to be married in August, Mr. Schwab let her know that if she did not agree to cancel her plans to marry me, it was going to be very costly for her. He later made the same threat—if she did not leave me and move to southern California—far away from me—and take a job with one of his friends there. Last Sunday she left Eugene under terrible duress and full of agony caused by all these actions taken by Mr. Schwab.

This all sounds like a case of paranoia on my part, but I have plenty of documented evidence to back up my statements. Many very high level mutual friends of Mr. Schwab and Ms. Haines have also been involved. Unfortunately, I have not yet convinced Ms. Haines to provide copies of my emails that Mr. Schwab has been forwarding to her. She is very afraid of this man and fears that one or both of us are in danger if we try to interfere with his efforts or go up against him.

I know that Mr. Schwab has contributed much money to your campaign. I know that you value his participation in your efforts to improve our economy. But I also know that for the past six months he has engaged in unethical and illegal behavior toward Ms. Haines and me. Like so many powerful people in the world, Mr. Schwab feels he is sometimes above the law and can even ignore common ethical and decent behavior. My civil rights have been violated and as it appears now I have no recourse within our legal system, the reason I am bringing this to your attention.

Because of this situation, I am seeking your help in having Mr. Schwab’s activities investigated by the FBI and the SEC. I would also like our government to have him stop his stalking activities. I am also requesting some security protection for Ms. Haines and myself until I am convinced that we are no longer in danger.

Should you choose not to take any action relative to these issues, I will seek recourse through certain congressional figures, one of the national newspapers or magazines, or one of the TV shows such as 20/20 or 60 Minutes.

Please note that I have no physical proof of Mr. Schwab’s activities and that my awareness is based purely upon what Ms. Haines has told me verbally and through her emails. However, I believe that any efforts to investigate the case will soon prove that what I have discussed is indeed fact.

Dear Speaker Pelosi,

Congratulations on your new role as Speaker of the House and for the Democratic Party’s takeover of the US Congress. The fog is clearing for most Americans who are hopeful that the Democratic Party might change the direction of our country. What they crave most is a government that will represent their interests and work to assure their welfare. However, most people I talk with are pessimistic. Americans are becoming aware that both parties have abandoned them and now work fulltime to enhance the riches of the wealthy class and corporations. It might not be so bad were we not falling far behind the EU countries where the availability and quality of all social programs far exceeds that of the US—all at lower costs.

The real purpose of this letter was to address my concerns about the US Government’s reluctance to investigate my allegations against Mr Charles Schwab. My case has been before the Bush Administration and leaders of US Congress since August of 2002, when I first reported Mr Schwab’s illegal activities. Though I received a cordial letter from The White House staff indicating that our president was referring my concerns to the US Department of Justice, it has remained in limbo ever since. In September of 2005, I did receive a letter from Attorney General, Alberto Gonzales’ office, indicating the case was being reviewed. However, time passes and nothing happens. No one has ever initiated a discussion with me regarding this case—except when Mr Schwab accused me of trying to kill him.

Given the seriousness of my allegations, and the supporting evidence I have provided, it is my perception that the Bush Administration and/or others in the US Government have deliberately protected Mr Schwab from our system of justice. Martha Stewart, a Democrat, fibbed about a tip from her broker, which is standard practice on Wall Street, and quickly got six months in jail. President Clinton fibbed about his sex life, which is no else’s business, and the Republicans spent millions trying to bring him down and trying to impeach him. Charles Schwab, a Republican and Bush favorite, committed some very serious crimes, but after four and a half years of “review,” he is still a free man.

My allegations against Mr Charles Schwab:

Computer Hacking and email theft

Mr Schwab hacked my computers, stole my emails, destroyed files, and spied on me. He shared my emails with Ms Kim Haines, more recently, Mrs Kim Doheny. Ms Haines discussed Schwab’s illegal activities with me in person and via emails, all of which I provided to the US Government.

Conspiracy & Lying to the FBI

Since the FBI first started investigating my allegations against Mr Schwab, he and Ms Haines have conspired to deceive the US Government claiming they did not know one another. Indeed, Mr Schwab’s corporate attorneys wrote me twice and claimed the same thing. Because I had provided the FBI ample proof that these people do indeed know one another, prior to their ever talking with them, I question why they so easily accepted these false claims and discontinued their investigation. I believe this might be a deliberate cover-up by the US Government. I am attaching a recent email from Mrs Doheny, formerly, Ms Haines, in which she discusses Mr Schwab and her relationship with him.

Conspiracy to frame me for attempted murder

In August of 2003, Mr Schwab and his good friend, Mr Keith Johnson of Fieldstone Homes, conspired (with President Bush) to frame me for trying to kill him. They both told Ms Haines that I was trying to kill Schwab by placing bombs on his properties. Mr Schwab then told the FBI the same thing. As part of their conspiracy, they also terrorized Ms Haines with death threats over the phone. Something is obviously wrong here: If Mr Schwab did not know Ms Haines, as he claimed to the FBI, how could he be telling her that I was trying to kill him? How was it that her boss was telling her the same thing? For not knowing one another, they were sure talking a lot.

Very important: The discovery of Mr Schwab’s so-called bombs was made the very week that I had told friends, via email, that I would be visiting California, and specifically, the Pebble Beach/Carmel area, where the bombs were found. Mr Schwab was still into my computer and reading my emails—one year after I had reported his illegal activities to the Bush Administration and US Congressional leaders. Indeed, he felt he was above the law, perhaps for good reason.

On August 21, 2003, the FBI interrogated me about Mr Schwab’s accusations. It was quite fortunate that I had canceled my travel plans and was not in California. Had Mr Schwab also been tapping my telephone, he would have known this. Just as I predicted with the FBI agents, these bombs turned out to be fakes.

During our discussion about Mr Schwab’s bombs, FBI Agent, John Ferreira told me that Mr Schwab and Ms Haines had claimed they did not know one another. Mr Schwab also claimed he did not know who I was. When I told Mr Ferreira that I could easily prove they did know one another, he told me that the FBI was going to talk with Mr Schwab and Ms Haines again and if they were lying, they were going to jail. I doubt the FBI was allowed to follow through with this, for Mr Schwab and Ms Haines are still not in jail.

Questionable Financial Dealings

Mr Schwab’s financial dealings with Ms Haines were questionable and I suspect included insider trading, tax evasion, and certainly financial coercion/blackmail. I believe the handling of his loan to her, and his control over her stock account with his company, improper.

As Speaker of the House, I am requesting that you initiate a congressional investigation into my allegations against Mr Schwab. This will have a positive effect upon the American people who have lost faith in their government, and will provide a needed lesson to those of wealth and power who feel they can break the law with impunity.

Note: Except for deletions of personal information, the following email is from the original. Kim refers to Charles Schwab as her “old mentor and friend.” She says he’s still managing most of her money (not by her choice, I’m sure). She says Charles has remarried his ex-wife, Helen, and that they are spending time at his Montana home, a huge mansion located on his 25,000-acre ranch in the Bitterroot country. She seems to know quite a bit about this man she told the FBI she did not know.

… I am still close to my old mentor and friend and he still handles most of our finances. Life has improved for him over the past two years as he and his former wife have remarried, he is spending more and more time in his beautiful home in Montana, and he is still quite busy running his company.
