Oregon Governor Tina Koteck’s DMV insane asylum
I called the governor’s DMV hotline to follow-up on my on discussion with the previous agent. I specifically wanted get the names of the doctors who had submitted Medical Reports mentioned by the previous agent I talked with.
The new agent put me on hold for a long hold for what seemed a time. When she finally returned, the Governor’s DMV Team was ready. The new agent told me she did not know the doctor’s names–because when the Medical Report is not filled out properly they reject the report and get rid of it. She my only recourse would be to get “my doctor” to fill out the Medical Report again, and make sure it is signed by the doctor and me. My boat was sunk.
I asked the agent about new charges that appeared in the latest Medical Report. I was certain that my Primary Doctor was tampering with my Medical Report without my permission or signature. When I questioned current agent about this, and told her I knew Dr. Braff was tampering with my medical records, she said this was their right and their right she could do about it. But I disagreed with what Dr. Braff reported, I could refused to retake any tests.
She insisted that doctor Braff could modify my Medical Report and my only recourse was to take the test again. So, basically any doctor or someone working in he’s office can tamper with my medical record–without my knowledge or permission.
It is obvious that Charles created this hoax in their last ditch error to put me in prison, while keeping Charles Schwab out or prison.
Please take a look at all the attempts Schwab & US government have made in efforts to save Schwa. Their greatest attempt is when they kidnapped me from Peace Health Hospital so they could have me killed. Many of their attempts are discussed in this blog.

Greetings,
I recently called your office to learn the status of my case. I expressed my total disagreement with your charges against me.
As I wrote to our Governor Tina Kotek a couple years ago, the first complaint to DMV was a hoax by my neighbor that was easily disproved.
The second charge is false, and was taken from a fake Medical Report from Dr. Tracy Braff. Dr. Braff’s nurses called me and tell me Dr. Braff wanted me to retake the driver’s test. I looked up the test on the Internet and assure you I have never taken such a test. Dr. Braff lied because she was so eager to stop me from driving. I assure you I have never never taken a driving any type of driving test in my life, so all I can conclude is Dr. Braff learned about the test on her own.
As I have discussed with Oregon’s Governor in my letters, my DMV problems are all creation by Charles Schwab secret agents.

Very important. The last agent I talked with at you office observed how upset I was becoming about the false charges included in your latest report. He let me know that everything would be okay because you had received additional medical reports from doctors. The only problem was the had’t been signed my me. He assured everything would be okay as soon as everything was okay as soon as they were signed.
I did not know how fix the reports because I never received them.
Dealing with the DMV’s false charges against me has been stressful. Once more I am appealing to Governor Tina Kopeck to trop these false charges against me.

DMV charges
It has taken me several months to realize I have been trying to defense myself against false charges. In fine print my DMV charges state I was charged failing the SUMS test.
I looked this up and it states this is of the spoked communication between the driver and the DMN test administrator. Does the driver understand direction given by the person giving the test.
In the case of having strokes I can see where might be confused. But the last time I took a driver’s test was long a when I was kid.
The first doctor I talked to about the DMN’s Medical Report was very intent on finding trouble. So we we shall see
