Mr. Schwab,
The greatest mistake of my life occurred at the end of 2001 when I met and started dating Kim Haines. Because she did not want to scare me off, she refrained from telling me about her former relationship with you, and your shady financial arrangements. Kim and I were mad about each other, and though we had reservations due to her former relationship with you, we decided to pursue a relationship. But oh, we had no idea to what depths you would go to make our lives miserable.
It soon became obvious that for reasons I did not yet understand that you were not in a financial/legal position (insider trading) to allow Kim her freedom & her relationship with me had to be stopped. Your secret service company embarked on a stalking and computer hacking campaign that finally forced me to switch from Bill Gates’ Windows-based PC’s to Apple’s OS based Mac’s. Note that I spent my life with IBM so this was not an easy change.
At your direction, your secret service company’s harassment, stalking, computer hacking, and sharing my email with Kim became so intense that I started writing letters & seeking help. I have stacks of letters to & from every level of law enforcement. However, I learned early on that my efforts to seek help against oligarchs like you were worthless.
After all else failed, I finally wrote to president Bush and his cabinet members, one being his FBI Director John Mueller. What caught me by surprise was that hatchet man Karl Rove was Bush’ chief of staff and you were his chief economic advisor. I knew despite how Bush might respond I could never win against Karl Rove and you with your secret service company.
It wasn’t long before I was subjected to your & the US Government’s first attempt to entrap me and put me in prison, a scheme (the bomb hoax) I’m certain was designed by Karl Rove. After all, this was his type of business. As you know it was only fate that prevented my being arrested and still sitting in solitary confinement. My story is published in my book and on this blog.
Then began your dozens of sting and entrapment operations for the purpose of putting me in prison. As you know, this effort that began in 2003 continues unabated today. My stories have all been published so I won’t repeat them here.
The concern I bring to your attention is the continued use of your secret service and US Government agents to stalk me, attempt to get me off the streets, and silence me. I have written to you several times about Ken Willis, his wife, and at least one more agent living with them on my street. Ken Willis is a computer tech and is using spy software from NSA called “NSA Mobile Phone Snoop”to track my whereabouts. He also hacks my computers my cell phones, and monitors my Internet activity. My IBM associates and I can prove everything I’m telling you, but you already know it’s true.
A few years ago Ken Willis and a cute young female agent attempted to set me up in a sting operation. The game plan was for the female agent to become friends with the me and then play along to the point where I would become interested. She would go along until we became more intimate. Then if things “went too far” she would would claim I abused her. Just look at what the US Government is doing to wonderful Julian Assange because Karl Rove’s two Swedish patsies set him up and accused him of rape. This was another great success for the despicable Karl Rove.
In any case, Ken Willis and his partners’ efforts to trap me were so amateurish I was on to them in no time. I have been exposed to many undercover agents’ evil ways, so it only takes me a few minutes to catch on to them.
Your latest recruit working with Ken Willis and your other secret service agents is eighty-five year old Nancy Russell. I’m afraid she and Ken Willis have wasted a couple years. For many months I have told her I suspected she was working as a patsy for your undercover agents. Still unsure about her role, I stayed with her because she claimed she was madly in love with me and assured me she was straight. Continuing to see her was a big mistake because she has been providing Ken Willis and others my private information: phone numbers, Internet addresses, etc. More recently suspicious activities have occurred that make us even more certain she has been working with Ken Willis in a sting operation. Indeed, how can it be a sting operation if the target (me) is fully aware of what’s going on.
Mr. Schwab you and the US government have been harassing and stalking me for almost nineteen years. You have attempted to frame me for trying to kill you. You have attempted to entrap me by getting me to discuss hiring assassins to kill you and President Obama. Your agents continue to monitor my Internet and phone activities. NSA Mobile Snoop is being used to track my every move. If I’m carrying my iPhone or wearing my Apple Watch, Ken Willis and his partners know every time I go pee. We might say that to be using NSA Mobile Snoop Ken Willis is probably a higher level spy than the FBI. We suspect that he and the spy planted next door to me are from Israel and working for Mossad.
And of course, you know that all of your activities against me are illegal & interfere with my civil rights.
In any case, your efforts to get rid of me have not yet worked, so I’m wondering if you might consider removing your secret service people from my life and allow me to live my remaining years in peace.
You will note Mr. Schwab that none of the important people I copy on this letter will lift a finger to try to understand what you have put me through all these years, or try to help me deal with your illegal spies in my neighborhood. As I’m sure you are well aware, the US government is owned and controlled by AIPAC & Israel and naïve Americans like me are at your mercy.
As you know, America’s system of justice is anything but equal. Here in Eugene, if a half-dead homeless man steals a candy bar from a convenient store, three or four police cars will go screaming out West 11th seventy miles an hour causing one to think someone just got murdered. But as I learned many years ago, an innocent person like me can report you and your secret service agents’, in collusion with the US Government commits crimes against me, not one law enforcement official at any level will respond. .
My neighbor Ken Willis and his several associates spend every day monitoring my phones and email. They take turns driving past my home and stalking me. If I’m away from home, I can expect them to pop up out of nowhere and follow me.
What I know from experience is that right now while I write this letter they are coming up with another strategy on how they might trap me in a sting operation. Or figure out how they can falsely accuse me of some serious crime, something I said or did…whether true or not.
You rich guys are truly blessed…

Please Note:
Eugene has a unique city government in that the police chief reports to the city manager instead of the Mayor. Regarding the issues discussed in this letter to Schwab, I called her office in an attempt to meet with City Manager Sarah Medary. When she refused to meet with me, I wrote this letter to Mr. Schwab. Following the pattern of the past nineteen years, neither Mr. Schwab or anyone on distribution has responded. The White House apparently has the authority to issue gag orders to all levels of government & the media. For example, I have been complaining about the illegal activities against me to my congressman, Peter DeFazio for nineteen years. But he has never addressed the issues with me, nor has he contacted me re these issues. As far as all levels of government and the media, I am a non-person.
