President Biden, your Secret Service spies are still living on my street. They spy on me, harass me, and use women patsies in attempts to entrap me.
If you are really the US President, please sign an Executive Order and have these spies removed from my life. Nineteen years of their surveillance and sting operations are enough. I’ve learned my lesson and will never report a crime to the US Government again.

While signing all those Executive Orders, this might be a good time to sign an order for Charles Schwab and the US Government to discontinue their many years of stalking and attempted sting operations so they can put me in prison for the rest of my life. Beginning with Schwab’s spying on me and repeatedly hacking my computers in late 2001, your combined efforts to harass, spy, and attempt to trap me in sting operations has been ongoing for twenty years. Most importantly, under President Obama and your watch FBI/NSA spies have been conveniently located in my neighborhood, and have been spying on me for many years. They have also made two attempts to entrap me in sting operations. This and other stories about your sting operations are included in my book.
President Biden and Vice President Harris, please remove your government spies from my neighborhood so I can live in peace. Please, after many years of causing me extreme stress, I want to see moving trucks load up your spies’ surveillance equipment and leave Eugene for good. If you leave them here, I will never know if they are continuing to spy on me, so I will never be able to relax. One of your spies lives next door to me. Several others live in a two-story house toward the end of the block. Agent Ken Willis likes to mock me by tracking my whereabouts with his NSA Mobile Snoop program, so when I am outside he can drive by waving to me each time he passes my home. I’ve let him know I don’t like this, but it has no affect. He does this repeatedly to harass me.
Of course, your greatest crime against me was when you attempted to entrap me in the Costco Sting operation that I discuss below. The US president & Vice President, and leaders in the US Congress conspired to entrap me, an innocent American, and put me in prison for life in order to protect stockbroker Charles Schwab from prosecution for insider trading and illegal activities against Kim and me.
I know that going against the wishes of AIPAC Zionists who control the US government can be dangerous, as proven by the government officials who have refused to even acknowledge receipt of my letters and pleas for help. This leaves me, an innocent American citizen, with no representation in the US government or protection under our Constitution. I have no civil rights.
For almost twenty years the US government has conspired with stockbroker Charles Schwab to not only deny my Civil Rights, but to engage in a non-stop effort to silence me by entrapping me Via sting operations and putting me in prison. All Americans will wonder how the US government can be forced by outside influences to spy on and do harm to American citizens. My story is included on this blog and in my books.
What is so revealing about who’s running the US government, during the many months Schwab was committing his illegal activities against Kim and me, he was working as President Bush’s Economic Advisor, and preparing to become Bush’s Treasury Secretary. After receiving my letters about Schwab’s criminal activities, Bush was forced to change his mind.
I recognize that speaking out against Schwab and his backers could result in them having me killed. Kim once told me, “Wayne, don’t mess with Charles. If you piss him off he can have his people take care of you.” After Bush and Schwab attempted to frame me for trying to kill Schwab, I was interrogated by FBI agent John Ferreira. After listening to my story for a while, he asked me directly, “Aren’t you afraid you are going to get yourself killed?” Yes, I have lived in fear and under severe stress for all these years, and it has taken its toll. But I could never have lived with myself if I didn’t at least try to bring Schwab to justice for the many months he spent torturing Kim and destroying our beautiful relationship. Given the world the Zionists have created for us, and what they have done to me, I have little interest in hanging around.
